On July 14, the signing ceremony of the cultural tourism investment promotion project of the second Xiangxi Tourism Development Conference was held in Fenghuang County, with 12 signed projects. So far, a total of 25 cultural tourism industry projects have been signed at this tourism development conference, with a total investment of 12.83 billion yuan.
The 25 cultural tourism projects cover the fields of cultural and tourism infrastructure construction, scenic spot development, and tourism commodity development. Among them, there are 17 scenic spot development projects, accounting for 40.8% of the total investment, and 15 projects invested by Hunan entrepreneurs, accounting for 60.0% of the total number of projects. Fenghuang County has signed the most projects, with a total of 8 signed projects and a total investment of 6.16 billion yuan.
Since 2022, Xiangxi has attracted investment by calling on Hunan entrepreneurs to return and start their business. It has established a resource bank of Hunan entrepreneurs, and carried out point-to-point investment promotion.
At the same time, it has set up a special work team to provide one-stop service. At present, Hunan entrepreneurs have returned and invested 88 newly registered enterprises in Xiangxi, with a paid-in investment of 11.17 billion yuan.
